By Using and/or Visiting This Website, You Signify Your Assent to Both These Terms and Conditions (The "Terms of use") and the Terms and Conditions of ASKMEexperts Privacy Notice, Which Are Published at Http://Www.ASKMEexperts.Com, and which are incorporated herein by reference. If You Do Not Agree To Any of These Terms, Then Please Do Not Use the ASKMEexperts Website or service

These terms of service apply to all users of the ASKMEexperts website, including all the materials or services on the websites. The ASKMEexperts website may contain links to third party websites, referrals or advice that are not owned or controlled by ASKMEexperts. The site may provide links to other websites. B. In order to access some features of the website or its related services, you may need to create an account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account access code secure. You must notify ASKMEexperts immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although ASKMEexperts will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of ASKMEexperts or others due to such unauthorized use.
C. We do not refer to any information, entertainment services and other products or services you may receive from "advisor services".

4. Payments, Fees & Rates

In order to use this service: calling and talking with ASKMEexperts’ you have to have an ASKMEexperts access code.
To buy the card and receive your access code you need a valid credit card because all payments are solely on the bases of credit card payment, no other method is optional
In order to buy you card and get your access code simply dials 1-866-777-2009 and follow the directions you’ll receive there.
The service is available in several minute based packages. Purchasing a certain package is up to the costumer’s decision and the service will be granted according to the costumer’s choice when paying.
It is possible, on the solely discretion of the site management and or of the company, to offer the service as a monthly service. If the costumer chooses this option, he must agree to these terms and conditions and to be registered for the service at the company’s contact center.

In agreeing to the service and buying any of our service packages, please know that you agree to:
You are solely responsible for all use made of the site and advisor services under your access code information and agree to pay for all advisor services purchased using your access code information.
The rates for advisor services are as set forth in the applicable advisor listing.
"Transaction" means any live or recorded call through the site initiated using your access code information you hereby authorize ASKMEexperts to collect fees for each transaction by debiting your user account immediately upon conclusion of each transaction, regardless of quality or completeness of the service you have received till then.
Fees for live and recorded calls are calculated based on the per-minute rate listed and the duration of the call, or from time to time may be offered by ASKMEexperts for a fixed price listed for a bulk package of time.
Time for calls sold in bulk have an expiration date - 30 days from purchasing or getting it for free; and you will not be entitled to any claim or receive a refund for any time remaining after the expiration date for the bulk minutes.
Fees for recorded calls are determined based on the listed fee.
When purchasing a package of bulk minutes, you authorize ASKMEexperts to authorize your credit card for the entire price of the bulk package prior to connecting your next call and to subsequently charge your card for the entire cost of the bulk package once your call is connected.
By approving to this agreement you, the user, declares that:
A. You authorize ASKMEexperts, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your user account and/or listing information. This may include ordering a credit report and performing other credit checks or otherwise verifying the information you provide.
B. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your access code information and to supervise all activities that occur under your access code account, including, but not limited to, any and all usage of the site by other persons under your access code.
C. You will not permit, enable, introduce or facilitate non-users having access to or use of the site or advisor services in any manner without such individual's first becoming users. This interest of the site and its provider applies other users to use/listen/play a specific advisor service at the same time that you are doing so.
D. You agree that ASKMEexperts is not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized person using your user account or password. You agree that ASKMEexperts may use information provided by you as described in the privacy policy.
Based on user account use and other factors identified by ASKMEexperts in its sole discretion, ASKMEexperts may require verification of your credit, identity and/or other background information in order for you to continue using the site. In such event, you agree to provide ASKMEexperts with additional information that may be requested, you consent to ASKMEexperts disclosure of your personal information to third-party service providers in order to verify your credit, identity and/or other background information.
ASKMEexperts will have the discretion to cancel and/or charge account maintenance fee per month for all user accounts if the user will not use the user account to purchase advisor's services on monthly basis.

5. Unauthorized Activities

By Approving To This Agreement You Declare That:
A. You will not record or otherwise store any live or pre-recorded voice advisor services that you will receive through the site.
B. You will not use the site in any manner that harasses another user or could interfere with any other party's use or enjoyment of the site. You will respect the privacy of others and not use the site for unwelcome, rude or abusive communications.
C. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user account information, computer systems or networks associated with the site.
D. You will not copy any portion of the site by any means without ASKMEexperts written authorization.
E. You will maintain as current and promptly update of your personal contact information that you provided to ASKMEexperts on registration. You will not use false identities or impersonate any other person or use a name that you are not authorized to use.
F. You will not transmit or distribute any kind of data detailed at our anti-spam policy.
G. You will obey to all applicable laws and regulations governing his actions in connection with the site and as a advisor providing advisor services.
H. You will not encourage or instruct any other individual to do any of the foregoing or to violate any term of the user agreement and ASKMEexperts policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the ASKMEexperts website, except all user submissions (as defined below), including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("marks"), are owned by or licensed to ASKMEexperts, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Israel and foreign laws and international conventions. Content on the websites is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. ASKMEexperts and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site, advisor services and all communications between users if these had been made somehow through the site, including any implied warranty of quality, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In addition, ASKMEexperts makes no representation or warranty that the operation of the site will be error free. Some states do not allow the exclusion of warranty, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
You agree that your use of the ASKMEexperts websites shall be at your sole risk, including and especially the use of advisors services, and consult with advisors, to the fullest extent permitted by law, ASKMEexperts, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the website and your use thereof. ASKMEexperts Makes No Representations That The ASKMEexperts Website Is Appropriate Or Available For Use In Other Locations. Without Limiting The Generality Of The Foregoing, ASKMEexperts And Its Suppliers Aggregate Liability To You Arising With Respect To This Agreement Will Not Exceed The Greater Of (A) The Total Fees Actually Earned By ASKMEexperts From You (After Payments To Advisors And Other Third Parties) In The Previous Twelve (12) Months, And (B) One Hundred Dollars ($100).
ASKMEexperts Shall Have The Right To Withhold Payments To You To Offset Liabilities And Expenses Covered Hereunder.
ASKMEexperts Will Not Be Liable For the Consequences of Any Interruptions or Errors. Some States Do Not Allow The Exclusion Or Limitation Of Incidental Or Consequential Damages, So The Above Limitation And Exclusions May Not Apply To You.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ASKMEexperts, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the ASKMEexperts websites; (ii) your violation of any term of these terms of service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your user submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these terms of service and your use of the ASKMEexperts websites.

10. Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these terms of service, and to abide by and comply with these terms of service. Any Claim Or Dispute Between You And ASKMEexperts That Arises In Whole Or In Part From The ASKMEexperts Website Shall Be Decided Exclusively By The Tel-Aviv Court, Israel. These Terms Of Service, Together With The Privacy Notice At The ASKMEexperts Website And Any Other Legal Notices Published By ASKMEexperts On The Websites, Shall Constitute The Entire Agreement Between You And ASKMEexperts Concerning The ASKMEexperts Website. If Any Provision Of These Terms Of Service Is Deemed Invalid By The Court, The Invalidity Of Such Provision Shall Not Affect The Validity Of The Remaining Provisions Of These Terms Of Service, Which Shall Remain In Full Force And Effect. No Waiver Of Any Term Of These Terms Of Service Shall Be Deemed A Further Or Continuing Waiver Of Such Term Or Any Other Term, And ASKMEexperts Failure To Assert Any Right Or Provision Under These Terms Of Service Shall Not Constitute A Waiver Of Such Right Or Provision. ASKMEexperts Reserves The Right To Amend These Terms Of Service At Any Time And Without Notice, And It Is Your Responsibility To Review These Terms Of Service For Any Changes. Your Use Of The ASKMEexperts Website Following Any Amendment Of These Terms Of Service Will Signify Your Assent To And Acceptance Of Its Revised Terms. You and ASKMEexperts agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the ASKMEexperts website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
By approving to this agreement you agree to the use of electronic means to complete this user agreement, to use the site and advisor services and to provide any notices given pursuant to this user agreement, and electronic records to store information related to this user agreement or his use of the site.
By approving to this agreement you understand and agree that this user agreement and any notices given pursuant to this user agreement are enforceable in electronic format.
This User Agreement Together With the Rules and Policies of ASKMEexperts Constitutes the Entire Agreement between ASKMEexperts and the User With Respect To the Subject Matter Hereof.
